Our weekend stay at Folly Beach was perfect for what we needed. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the beautiful beach. The other reviews were correct about the stairs and no elevator, which were not a problem. The beds were very comfortable! Great communication! We will definitely stay again.

We have stayed in Folly Beach several times over the past 20 years. This has been our favorite place. Everything was clean. Nice big bathrooms and the views were fantastic! The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants, but far enough away to not hear it. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed in the Turquoise (3a) apartment at 115 East Arctic on Folly Beach. It was beautiful with everything you could need. It was so clean and well maintained. The views were stunning and you couldn’t be closer to the ocean & restaurants! We had a wonderful stay - thank you!

We never had any communications back and forth, as the information about our reservation and check in/out came to us in a timely manner via emails and texts. We had no reason to contact the management company during our stay. The kitchen is very well-appointed. Many different types of pots/pans and dishes. They are conscientious about guests with allergies, as the laundry detergent is fragrance/dye-free. There are ample dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, sundries, etc. We never heard any of our neighbors during our stay. We always request top floor units, so as long as you're willing to take four flights of stairs on a daily basis, this unit will not be an issue for you. (There is no elevator or dumbwaiter to take your luggage and groceries to the top floor.) The area of Folly Beach is busy during Spring Break, as we found out. There is one way in and out, so traffic can back up on the main roadway. The times that we traveled in and out were not during busy hours, so it didn't impact us much. We would return again.

The condo had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The unit was as described. It was clean, had a great view of ocean, good parking, close to everything. The beds were comfortable. The unit has a door connecting to the next door condo if you need to rent for more space. You can hear the people a bit but it was not a problem. Having an elevator for folks with physical limitations, bringing in luggage and grocery’s would be amazing.

We enjoyed this condo very much. We liked the fact that it was new and close to the pier. The accommodations and furnishings were very good. The stairs to the 3rd floor location would be reconsidered if we visit again. We were very sad to see how the storms/erosion have affected the beach/dunes. The limited beach area during high tides made for crowded beach setup. Overall, we had a great visit to Folly

We loved how close the condo was to the town of Folly Beach. We could walk everywhere and since parking is a premium, we were very happy about that. The beach was great and the condo was a good size and very clean. The property management company was very quick to respond and very helpful. A great place for a fun vacation!

This rental was pristine and so well decorated! The living areas were roomy and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very well appointed. I loved the cozy extra blanket in the closet. It was a perfect place to end our time sightseeing in Charleston. Also Folly is a fun, funky beach town!

The first unit (3B Aquamarine) was challenging as the AC was not working properly. The humidity was higher inside than outside even though the unit did kick on and appeared to be working. It was very strange! Dunes allowed us to move across the hall to 3A Turquoise. It was perfect! AC worked great and we had a fabulous rest of our stay! I will say that the pigeons on the 3rd floor are a problem that they may want to address at some point.
