Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with a private en-suite bathroom, direct access to the oceanfront balcony, and a TV with Roku streaming.

Parking and Vehicle Guidelines:
Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Additional parking requests can be made through building management based on availability.

Upcoming Construction Notice:
From October 2024 through spring 2025, the Charleston Oceanfront Villas HOA will be replacing all oceanfront sliding doors. Construction will take place stack by stack, starting with units ending in -23. Expect scaffolding and intermittent noise during this time. Efforts will be made to minimize the impact on your stay.
