Our Home’s Layout:
The first level has an open floor plan with wood floors throughout. The fully stocked kitchen flows into the dining area followed by the living room featuring a fireplace with built-ins on either side. The living room opens onto a large screened porch complete with Adirondack rocking chairs overlooking the ocean. Off the main space, you will find a wet bar and an oversized laundry room with a second refrigerator for added storage; convenience! This home features 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. On the first floor, there is the master with a king bed and private bath, two large bedrooms - one with two queens, and the other with a daybed and a queen - share a full bathroom. Walk upstairs to find two more bedrooms, a charming bunk room perfect for the kids and the large master suite. This bedroom has a private outdoor balcony with a view of the ocean, huge walk-in closet, a wall of built-ins for storage and books, and a master bath with a large soaking tub, shower and dual vanities. Enjoy a moment of peace, overlooking the ocean from the cozy reading nook; a quiet, private space, full of light from the large windows framed by plantation shutters.
