This spacious five-bedroom, three-bathroom retreat features extended beachside decks, private beach access, and stunning ocean views. With its prime location near the beginning of the premier surf break at "The Washout," this home is ideal for families and beach lovers seeking a week of relaxation and adventure.

Features:
Living Area: The reverse floor plan places the open-concept living room and fully updated kitchen on the top floor, offering breathtaking ocean views. Large windows and glass doors provide abundant natural light, making this a perfect space to unwind and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen features a spacious island with additional seating and a dining table that accommodates seven. A small round table off the kitchen is perfect for morning coffee (Drip, Nespresso, and K-cup available) and planning your day.

Kitchen: Fully equipped and updated kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space, ideal for preparing meals and gathering with friends and family.

Bedrooms:
Room #1: Bunk bed with a twin on top and full on the bottom.
Room #2: Bunk bed with a twin on top and full on the bottom.
Room #3: King bed.
Room #4: Oceanfront king bed.
Room #5: Oceanfront king bed.

Bathrooms: Three full bathrooms are conveniently located to serve all guests.

Outdoor Space:
Beachside Decks: Enjoy extended decks that offer ample space for lounging, dining, and soaking in the ocean breeze. Perfect for cookouts and gatherings.
Ground-Level Hangout Spot: A shaded area underneath the house is ideal for enjoying lunch after a beach session or hosting a lowcountry boil dinner at sunset.
Private Beach Access: Direct access to the beach with an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand.

Additional Information:
Elevator: The home is equipped with an elevator for guest convenience, but its functionality cannot be guaranteed due to the complexity of repairs.
Golf Cart: The owner’s golf cart is not available for guest use. If interested in renting a golf cart, please contact our team.

Amenities:
Free Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, and washer/dryer for guest convenience.
Private outdoor shower to refresh after beach days.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM — No loud music or parties are allowed.

No events or parties: Strictly enforced with immediate eviction and potential legal action for violations. The City of Folly Beach has strict regulations, and non-compliance could result in the loss of the homeowner’s business license.
