Superb location, on the beach, but away from the hubbub. Just a short drive to restaurants or the grocery store . The open kitchen- dining room is perfect for big groups. The king size beds in three of the bedrooms are accommodate families of all sizes. Most bedrooms have their own private bathroom . The other two bedrooms also are well suited for families. The porch and the rooftop decks are beautiful as are the ceiling to floor windows. The kitchen is well equipped. Loved the coffee bar. Lots of parking space underneath the house as well as a place for more play space. We are regular Folly Beach vacationers, and this is now our favorite place.

The home is directly on the beach with a short walk. All bedrooms were comfortable, clean and roomy. There is only one living area but the screen porch provides an extended sitting area with a large sectional sofa. There are multiple deck areas and a large space under the home to provide an area of shade for games. The pool was perfect size and temperature. It was well maintained and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with all our needs, an air fryer, coffee pot, keuriq, toaster, crockpots, etc. There is a rinse off area and outdoor shower. We had 8 adults and 5 children and never felt crowded.

The house is one of the best we have stayed in on Folly, despite having minor nits and areas that could be improved. Nice common space, kitchen is pretty good, bedrooms are okay, A/C works well, position on the beach is great, nice parking and plugs for electric carts.

This was a great house for extended family get together. Nine adults and a 3 year old child and we never felt crowded. The house is comfortable and a great location on the beach. The property owners responded quickly to resolve an issue with the linens in one bedroom and the heated pool. Our group loved the heated pool in December!

Best vacation ever!

Our family truly enjoyed this house. We had 11 in our family, including children, and never once felt cramped. This house is spacious, well designed, and is loaded with amenities. Everyone loved having the pool when the waves were too rough for the children. The senior family members loved having the use of the elevator, a great bonus in a multi level property. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Amazing!

This place was amazing! Has everything you need. Easy to rent chairs and umbrellas. We had small children so pool and being right on the beach was nice. A short walk to the pier and just a gulf cart ride away from town. We had issue with pool and was fixed within the hour. Best house in folly.Would stay here forever if I could. Folly beach is beautiful and it now has my heart!

Our stay at Sea Salt was amazing and everything we had hoped for. The house was absolutely beautiful with room for all and everything we needed. The views were spectacular from so many spots - main room, screened in porch, and balcony. The pool was a great bonus for our kids with the ocean being a little chilly yet. It was amazing waking up to the sounds and the views of the ocean. The location was perfect as well with the pier, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. We had a blast and made so many memories. Thank you thank you thank you!
