The open-concept living room features plush couches and a large flat-screen TV. Wall-to-wall windows and sliding glass doors flood the space with natural light and provide stunning views of the ocean.

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, marble-topped island, and all the essentials needed to prepare home-cooked meals. The dining table comfortably seats a large group and overlooks the beautiful palmetto trees, enhancing the beach atmosphere.

Master Suite: Located on the top floor, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, private living area, kitchenette, flat-screen TV, and ocean views.

Spacious home on the beach. Huge windows with great views facing the beach in the living area and 3 of the bedrooms. lt's pretty spectacular when you walk in the front door. Upstairs bedroom with its own sitting area and balcony/porch. The kitchen is well stocked. Large dining room table that easily seats 10+. Air conditioning had no trouble keeping up. Bathrooms with upscale features. Looks like they have been painting some of the interior. The living room/area is somewhat small, but was never a problem. Twelve people age 1-63 and two dogs and we did not feel cramped. No complaints.
The house was excellent for 6 guests - any more would be tight, but the access to the restaurants and bars at Folly Beach was convenient. We were in town for a golf weekend, and the fact that we were leaving FB area in the AM and returning in the PM helped with traffic! The house was the best we have rented and we go on a golf outing every year!

We loved this home for our family vacation! It was spacious and right on the beach. The two decks were great and the house was very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend!
This is a great place, very private with direct access to the section of the beach with very little people around. The house was very nice as well, clean and fully equipped. Loved the place and location.
Beautiful house, so much space, all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were a big selling point! It was clean and had everything we needed! Beach location couldn’t have been better! Would there again if we come back!
