Walking in, the initial view is amazing

Absolutely Amazing Beach House

We are a Gymnastics club that’s some coaches and families that stayed at this property. It truly was amazing! The views and beach were stunning. You basically have your own private beach. The house was very clean and the upstairs suite is great as we had a family with 2 littles and it was nice for them to have the space to nap etc. A lot of common area but also the bedrooms are great if you need a break. AGAIN…. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

What a fantastic location. Our daughter and her husband live in Charleston and our entire family was able to gather here for a belated Christmas celebration. We had so much fun and everyone had their won space. We hope to book this place again in the future

Delight of Christmas Morning Dolphins!

I usually rent houses at Folly for Christmas week. My family had such a wonderful time! It was very cold, despite the weather we woke up every morning and enjoyed a Beautiful view. House was exactly what we wanted. Christmas morning we got Amazing dolphin show directly out the front windows just for us! In the afternoon I found 5 perfect sea dollars and a starfish! Beach walk was perfect! Great kitchen for cooking! Nice Christmas at Folly Beach to end our year with!

Wedding Week

We arrived on Friday for the start of my daughters Wedding week. First of all, the cleaning team we met were so wonderful upon our check in, they were doing a deep cleaning which took a tad longer due to some renovtaions. Family arrived over the weekend for Sunday evening wedding. The house was fabulous ! The veiw , sunrise ...amazing ! So comfortable for my 89 yr Dad and even the grandkids with bedrooms on same floor with bathrooms. We watched the bride and groom do their "first look"from the many decks. Once wedding was done on Sunday , we played in the sand and watched "our "surfers and "our"dolphins from sun up to sun down. The house had plenty of supplies for us to cook and drink. We loved the ice maker. We are planning a ~1ST anniversay ~ getaway to come back to Surfers Paradise. Our last name is Love and we filled this house with LOVE during our stay . See you soon Folly Beach!

Amazing Beach House

My husband, toddler and I loved staying at this beach house. It’s a quiet and beautiful part of the beach. The porch was huge and we loved eating meals out on the deck table. The kitchen was nicely stocked, but make sure you bring your own coffee. We loved the separate ice machine. We would definitely recommend this house and will likely rent it again!

We loved the location of this house. It was perfect for our size group. We loved that 3 bedrooms had ocean views. The kitchen table was big enough for 10 adults to sit at and play games at. The fireplace added a great touch for the cool nights. We really enjoyed our stay. It was fun watching the surfer’s every day. Great name for this house, Surfer’s Paradise.

Surfers Paradise beautiful in the fall

Came Down for a wedding and wanted an oceanfront home that 4 different families could use as home base without being in each other's way. This property didn't disappoint! Plenty of areas to spread out. The absolutely immense deck was great. Unbelievable views from inside the home. Surfers and dolphins every day. This is a prime location for great surf. We will definitely look for this place again for large.gatherings.

Perfect Beachfront Location

Great house for a large group or family. Lots of room and bathrooms. Large dining table was great at meal time. The view out the floor to ceiling windows can't be beat. Just steps from the water's edge. I would highly recommend this property and would certainly consider a return visit.

Beach perfection

Went on spring break with my parents, 2 sisters, all of our husbands and teenagers. This was a perfect location for such a large group as it had spacious gathering areas and then enough bedrooms and floors to also have separation when desired. Right on the beach with stunning views and the hum of waves night and day. A nice 2 mile walk on the beach gets you to the pier, restaurants and downtown FB. Charleston is a short drive away, as are many activities and attractions. Surfing and stunning sunrises right out your front door. Cannot be beat.

Well worth it....

The view is absolutely spectacular. Ocean front view from most of the bedrooms, kitchen and living area. Wake up to surfers "hanging ten"or not. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. The house is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Lots to do there - there's even ping pong and a swing on the lower deck. Thinking about a beach house for summer vacation.

Great house for large group

We were in town for my daughter's wedding. Several guests were able to stay comfortably in this house. We loved the fact that it was right on the beach, and we enjoyed watching the surfers and the beautiful sunrises. Out of town guests got the best of Charleston - the ocean and the city.

2nd week of June is a great time to enjoy this perfectly located property!! We were able to spread out on the beach and enjoy the space. The 6 bedrooms and 4 baths provided what our family needed. The drive into Charleston is a fairly short and easy one. Would do it again

Surfer's paradise is truly that - and we felt as if we were part of the ocean with the amazing views. The house was very comfortable, had ample kitchen supplies for our Thanksgiving feast, clean comfortable beds and bathrooms. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house and it was ideal for our large family.

Great Family Beach House

This was our family's third stay at 1407 East Ashley. The whole house is just beautiful! We love the open kitchen, dining, living area with great ocean views. With six bedrooms, everyone has their own private space. With 12 people, this is hard to find! We all enjoy time on the spacious deck with the ocean breeze. A nice long walk on the beach takes you to the pier in town. It is a very short drive to Folly for shopping and dining out in a laid back atmosphere, or you can travel about 10 miles to Charleston with all of its rich history. The property manager and owners do everything they can to assure a relaxing, trouble free stay. I would recommend this house to any large family/group. I hope we can return soon!
