This charming beach house is just a short ten minute walk to the sandy beach! There is room for the entire family (the well behaved furry ones too). The large backyard is fully fenced in, giving plenty of room for the kids or pets to safely run around in. Take a break and relax in the comfortable and spacious, professionally decorated living room, complete with beautiful wood floors and a decorative fireplace. Enjoy your favorite TV show on the large flat screen TV. Colorful accents are tastefully displayed throughout the house as well as the beautiful blue exterior, providing a subtle reminder of the nearby beach. The kitchen is complete with new, top of the line appliances and everything you need to make a delicious meal. There’s plenty of room for everyone at the large dining room table and kitchen bar stools. Don’t forget burger or steak night as this home features a new propane grill for your use! The master bedroom is fit for royalty with a flat screen TV, large bathtub, vanity room, and double doors leading out to the private screened in deck; a perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail! The second and third bedrooms are located on the other side of the living room. The first bedroom is complete with a king bed and flat screen TV. The second beautifully decorated bedroom features two queen beds and a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have access to the full hallway bathroom. We have a strict occupancy limit for all of our vacation rentals. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate eviction, and possibly be arrested for trespassing. The City of Isle of Palms has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and possible loss of homeowner’s business license. This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It is a smart home device that measures decibel levels and ensures privacy compliance, as it does not listen or record any audio.

In the event that the noise level exceeds the set limit, you will receive a friendly reminder text message asking you to turn the noise down. This is to help you avoid any violations that could result in a fine of $1087 per day from the Isle of Palms Police Department, along with significant penalties for the homeowner
