This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It is a smart home device that measures decibel levels and ensures privacy compliance, as it does not listen or record any audio.
In the event that the noise level exceeds the set limit, you will receive a friendly reminder text message asking you to turn the noise down. This is to help you avoid any violations that could result in a fine of $1087 per day from the Isle of Palms Police Department, along with significant penalties for the homeowner.

Beach Renourishment Project Planned for Summer 2026
As you prepare for your stay, please be aware that the City of Isle of Palms is planning a beach renourishment project beginning late June 2026 near the north end of Wild Dunes. This important project is intended to help preserve and protect the beach shoreline.
During active work, guests may encounter temporary beach access limitations, equipment, or pipeline sections along portions of the beach. Because the project schedule and work areas may change, specific dates and locations are not yet known. We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.
