The beach (and beach access) is just across the street, and you can enjoy the ocean view from the expansive front porch. And when you come back from the beach, you can rinse off your sandy toes in the outdoor shower located under the house by the propane grill.

And if you need some peace and quiet, you'll love our spacious sunroom that offers plenty of cozy corners to unwind. Plus, the sunroom comes with a TV, so the little ones can watch cartoons while you soak up the view of our lovely, lush backyard.

There's so much to see and do around this beach house! The Folly Beach County Park is just a half-mile down the street, where beachgoers can enjoy the benefit of lifeguards, restrooms, showers, and a view all the way to Kiawah! Downtown Folly and the pier are just a short mile away, where you'll find restaurants, shops, and businesses that offer lessons and rental equipment for surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and nature tours.

And don't worry about parking! There's plenty of space under the house for all your guests. And if you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a golf cart from Charleston Golf Cart Rentals (just call in advance to arrange a rental) and explore the island in style.

But that's not all! Downtown Charleston is just a quick 12-mile drive from Folly, where you can book history tours, check out secret gardens, try out some fantastic restaurants, and take advantage of world-class shopping.

***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you. In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options.
