This little getaway was exactly what my husband and I needed! While there were a few signs of wear and tear and dated (like the balcony was a little worn and the wood paneling in the bathroom), it honestly just added to the charm of this adorable nook at Folly Beach.We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back again. The management team was incredibly kind and welcoming, and communication with them was smooth and spot-on the whole time.Such a sweet and cozy escape. We loved every minute of it!

It was the cutest little place we’ve stayed in Folly Beach. The beachfront location with direct access to the sand was perfect, and being close to all the restaurants and entertainment was an added bonus. It was exactly what my husband and I needed, and we would definitely stay there again.

Being right on the beach

Perfect in so many ways! The house itself sits on West Ashley of Folly beach, which are where the bigger houses are & overall a lot more peaceful. At the same time it’s only 8 blocks from Main Street where all the restaurants & bars are. Absolutely perfect location. Also it’s literally 50 steps out of the front door and you have your toes in the sand of a great beach. Inside it’s very well appointed with updated furniture, nicer higher end appliances, & huge bathroom. The management group was also very easy to deal with check in & check out process. Would recommend to anyone.

Cozy and Modern Beach Getaway!

We had a great stay at this one-bedroom hideaway right on the beach. Great porch and umbrella table for sitting on the deck and watching the surf. The inside was clean and comfortable. Loved the king bed! Far enough from downtown Folly for peace, but close enough to bike for food and shopping. Cool place!

Great Little Retreat

Really nice stay! The small apartment was perfect for just my husband and I. The deck leads right to the beach. Great condo for us to getaway for a few days and have access to the beach and also not far from Charleston. Hosts and the property contacts were very kind and easy to reach for check in.

Perfect location

Beautiful oceanfront view. Less than a mile beach walk the main strip for food and shopping. Far enough away from public beach access so it’s not crowded at all. Drive into Charleston from Folly is very quick and easy.

Cozy Little Nook for Two

We enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach this past week, due in part to the good accommodations at Cabana Blue. It's on the quieter end of the island with easy access to everything, every place. We were there for outdoor adventures (bikes, kayaks, long long walks) and the "Couples'"quarters were right for that type of vacation. It's small, y'all. There's room to move around each other, but we were happy the weather was cooperative with our plans; it might have been a little cramped after a bit of rainy or terribly cold weather. A honeymooning couple might think it perfect! The deck area allotted for the condo is decently sized and filled with seating options. Here's the thing: We didn't realize when booking it that it is one of three units in the same house. Another family was in the lower unit and they were an extended family with little ones so no problems there. The other upper unit, which shares a wall and the deck with the "Couples'"apartment, was vacant, which we considered good news. If it had been rented out we'd have probably had other thoughts about the experience. I don't know if it's possible to check if the other units are rented when one goes, but if we decide to return I'll definitely look into it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cabana Blue-Couples rental! The location is excellent and the home was very comfortable and had everything needed for a pleasant and enjoyable vacation. Working with Dunes Properties was simple and they were very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend renting thru Dunes Properties as well as staying at Cabana Blue!

Relaxing Get Away

The Couples was a perfect size for my husband and I. Right on the beach, great for his runs and our walks. We enjoyed discovering Folly and the surrounding areas. No complaints other than the bed was a little too soft for us. All in all, we loved it.

Perfect spot for a quiet getaway

I was looking for a small place with a view to stay at during my yearly visit to Folly Beach. This place was perfect. The living space was adequate, the kitchen and bathroom were newly updated, and the deck was an awesome place to sit down and watch the sun rise while having a cup of coffee. This place is far enough from the middle of town to be quiet, but is an easy bike ride to all the bars and restaurants in town. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a couple!

Great little apartment, just as the photos show. Clean, very comfortable, it was a perfect size. Nice chairs on the deck, and a spectacular view of the beach!! Definitely recommend this and we would stay here again with no hesitation!
