Living Area:
The cozy living room features plenty of comfortable seating and is open to the dining area. Enjoy the relaxing sight of boats passing by and frolicking dolphins. There’s also a large screen TV for your relaxation.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave.
Bedrooms:
The Primary bedroom has a king size bed and access to a private open deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a full size bed and a set of bunk beds.
Bathrooms:
Three full bathrooms. The king bedroom and the queen bedroom have an ensuite bath and there’s also a bath in the hall.
Outdoor Space:
The private covered deck off of the living room is the perfect spot to enjoy the activity on the Folly River. There's also a private deck off of the primary bedroom that offers expansive river views and is a great place to soak up some sun. The community offers a riverside pool and crabbing dock.

WIFI, in unit washer and dryer, all linens are included, attached private garage with entrance to the home.
