The property was great. Everything was as expected or better. There is clearly all brand new stairs and decking that looks beautiful. The location is perfect. Just steps to the beach and conveniently located to all restaurants and stores. The large balcony was perfect for a night outside and watching the storms that rolled in. The beds were comfortable and the location was just far enough off the main street to be quiet even when the restaurants and bars were loud. Overall we loved our stay and will absolutely be renting here again in the future.

The condo had such a great vibe, decor was very beachy,modern and clean. Starter amenities were super helpful (dish soap, dish washer pods, laundry pods...). It was so awesome staying on the beach. We enjoyed the New Year's Eve fireworks from the balcony and then a short walk to Center Street to watch the Flip Flop drop at midnight.We took advantage of bike rentals and ventured to Morris Lighthouse and took long walks on the beach to Folly Beach Park. The location is just perfect!We enjoyed two sunrises from our balcony, we haven't see a sunrise in a while.What a great unit to stay in!

The properly was very clean, beds were comfortable, and just being able to look out at the ocean was our favorite part. We liked that there were starter kits for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry (sponge, dishwasher detergent, dish detergent, laundry pods, lotion, soap...). We loved that there were tvs in each bedroom and living room. The overall decor of the unit was fairly new, clean and had a beachy feel. The location of the unit is great for walking out the door venturing into town for shopping, a bite to eat or just a having a cocktail. We walked to the Folly Beach County Park, and enjoyed the Folly River Park which was decorated for the holidays. We took advantage of the rental of bikes and beach chairs which were delivered and picked up from the property. It was great having these items on site when we arrived. We enjoyed riding the bikes around town and to Morris Lighthouse. We enjoyed watching the fireworks on New Year's Eve from the balcony of the unit with our family from John's Island. At mid night we walked to Center Street to watch the Flip Flop drop to celebrate 2026! This property was convenient for what we had planned during the holidays.

It was a great property in such an AMAZING location with a beautiful ocean view!

We stayed in Coral. It was spacious and clean. The toiletries and paper products were well stocked. Our view was wonderful and we loved sitting on our balcony with a cup of coffee or glass of wine.

Great location!! Condo had all the expected support amenities. Would stay again.

Very clean and updated. Right on the beach and walking distance to everything on Center Street.
