Situated right across from the beach and only five blocks away from Center Street, you'll have everything you need within close proximity. Relax on the screened-in deck while listening to the ocean waves and enjoying the refreshing sea breeze.

The home boasts an inverted floor plan, with the open living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as the screened-in deck, on the second floor to maximize the stunning view and ocean breeze. The dining table sits ten, making it an excellent place for everyone to come together. For outdoor dining, there's also a picnic table and cozy seating on the screened-in deck. The second floor also has a bedroom with a queen bed, a twin bed, and a full bath in the hall.

On the first floor, you'll find a master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath, another king bedroom, and a bedroom with a full-size bed and a set of bunk beds. Those two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath.

The best part is the brand new in-ground pool and screened-in porch that are wonderful amenities for lazing around!
