Overview:
Welcome to Connie’s Retreat, an oceanfront home with 7 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 1 half bath, located on the east end of Folly Beach. This comfortable home has two kitchens and living areas so it’s perfect for multiple families.
Living Area:
There’s a living area on the first and second floor so guests have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the fantastic ocean views. The first floor has access to a screened in porch and deck with stairs leading to the beach. The second floor has a sunroom that provides an additional seating area to admire the view.
Kitchen:
The first and second floor each have a fully equipped kitchen that’s open to the living and dining area. It's time for those special family dishes that everyone loves or a light hearted cooking competition. The first floor has a dining table that seats 10 guests and the second floor has two dining tables that seat a total of 8 guests.
