With beach access directly across the street and the restaurants, shops and bars of Center Street a short five blocks away, you are within walking distance of the best that Folly has to offer. Hop in the car for a short a fifteen minute drive into historic downtown Charleston. C Scape is a bright and airy coastal home- the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable vacation. The interior boasts freshly painted walls, and features unique, sky blue ceilings that bring a bit of the outside, in. The open floor plan downstairs includes a gourmet kitchen with all new appliances, granite countertops and a center island with additional sink. The chef in the group will not be disappointed. Your whole family can sit and eat together at the large round table that seats 12 is in the dining area. Off of the dining room is a covered patio offers a cool outdoor retreat with ceiling fan and a gas grill. The living area has a large flat screen HDTV mounted over the mantle and a ceiling fan to keep everyone cool. Just off the kitchen is the laundry area featuring a new washer and dryer, and an iron and ironing board for you to use throughout your stay. The first floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. The bedroom in the back of the house a ½ bath attached, and there is also a full bathroom located in the hallway. Upstairs, there are 2 spacious bedrooms. The Master features a king bed and a flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan and a gorgeously renovated en-suite bathroom. There is also a day bed with a hidden trundle (both twin beds). Gaze upon the beach as you sit on a private covered balcony sipping coffee in the mornings! The other upstairs bedroom is a perfect spot for children or teens. It has a queen bed and two twin beds, with one twin bed located in a sleeping nook, which gives kids a place to retreat to that is all their own. There is also a ceiling fan and flat screen TV and a private bathroom in this room. Books and toys are provided for everyone’s entertainment! There is a gorgeous renovated outdoor shower and an outdoor guest closet that holds chairs, umbrella and a wagon for your use at the beach. Also receive a $250 beach gear credit through VayK Gear when you stay from 4-14 nights at C-Scape! Also included are wireless internet, Cable HDTV with HBO, central heat and air with separate controls on each floor. Outside there are floodlights that automatically come on at dusk and off at dawn, motion sensor lights on carports, parking for 4 cars, and timers on deck fans. Hair dryers are provided in all bathrooms. Bedroom Arrangements: 1 - King, daybed and trundle 2 - Queen 3 - queen 4 - queen and 2 twins

We have a strict occupancy limit for all of our vacation rentals. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate eviction, and possibly be arrested for trespassing. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and possible loss of homeowner’s business license. ***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing.


We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average.


Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.


In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options.
