Welcome to Will-o-Layne, a beautiful and spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom family beach cottage located directly across from the ocean on the Isle of Palms. This charming home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with a corner lot providing ample parking and easy beach access. Whether you’re relaxing on the front screened porch, grilling on the back deck, or enjoying the ocean breeze, Will-o-Layne is the ideal retreat for families and friends.

This was our first time staying in IOP, and I am so happy we made the decision to visit. The location was great, within a reasonable drive time of lots of things to do in Charleston, yet a more peaceful atmosphere on the Island. The house was perfect and was very homey. It was the perfect size for our group of 5 adult couples. Thank you for a memorable weekend getaway!!
Cute little home across the street from the ocean. Home was clean and has a nice, open backyard.
Clean, neat and as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and tools. Grill was also great. Plenty of places to spread out and socialize, play cards, watch the Olympics- whatever games the kids wanted to play. Quick and easy walk to the beach. Host was very responsive to a question we had early in our trip. Definitely would rent again.
We rented this property with another family for a total of 8 people, including three teenagers. The location is wonderful, being less than a block from the beach access, and less than a mile from town, which was wonderful. We walked almost everywhere. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean when we arrived. The screed in porch might be our favorite part. We spent a lot of time there. This is the second time we have rented this property and we would do so again.
Beach house located just a short walk from beach. Well stocked with everything that was needed. A big plus was a second refrigerator downstairs. Layout of house was great love the deck for grilling. This house satisfied all our needs.
We have stayed in this property several times, and we always find it to be welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The beds are great, the kitchen is great, the living areas are great, and the porch is great even though it was a bit chilly for it this week. Vases of beautiful spring flowers welcomed us this year!!! We love 2401 Palm!
