With bright, sunlit interiors and a cozy, open layout, Simple Pleasures is perfect for family gatherings and creating cherished vacation memories. Bring along your pup to join the fun (maximum two dogs, $250 pet fee per pet; sorry, no cats), and don’t forget the leash as the yard is not fully fenced.

The first-floor living area is filled with natural light from large windows and sliders. This open-plan space connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a comfortable and inviting spot for gathering with family and friends. Relax on the deck that spans the length of the first floor, offering ample seating and an alfresco dining area.

The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances and plenty of counter space, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy on the deck or in the cozy dining area. The kitchen is open to the living room, making it ideal for entertaining.
