East Arctic Avenue 1104 - Simple Pleasures

Located across from the beach, you will love the Simple Pleasures of listening to the ocean while lounging on one of the four decks. Your pup is even welcome to join your family vacation! The pet fee is $250 per pet with a maximum of two dogs. Sorry, cats are not permitted. The yard is not fully fenced in, so please bring a leash for your pup!

The first floor of this cozy home is bathed in sunshine from the huge windows and sliders. There's a deck that runs the entire length of the first floor and includes plenty of seating and a dining table to enjoy your meals alfresco. The open living/dining room and kitchen is a comfortable spot for gathering your family and friends. There's also a queen bedroom with direct access to a full bath and a private covered deck.

On the second floor, you will find two more queen bedrooms with private baths and they each have private covered decks. Between the bedrooms, there's a loft with a fold out couch and a laundry room.

We have a strict occupancy limit for all of our vacation rentals. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate eviction, and possibly be arrested for trespassing. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and possible loss of homeowner’s business license.
