This was one of the most beautiful properties I have stayed in. It was perfect for a group of 11 and we were stunned by the views the entire trip. Can't beat waking up to the ocean. Would absolutely recommend this property to large groups.

The location of the home was great, lots of parking

Saylors Malibu is truly a gem of a home! We felt very comfortable from the moment we entered. We’ve stayed at multiple properties on Folly Beach and the fact that this house sits ON the beach (not just oceanfront) was beyond our expectations. We could watch our children play safely on the beach from either balcony. A parents dream come true. I would recommend this home for a group or family with children.

We had a wonderful time in Folly Beach and the house was responsible for most of it. It is literally the beach version of ski in, ski out. We woke up and either enjoyed the sunrise and beach from the master bedroom with views of the beach on 3 sides, or one of two decks, or we walked 5 feet to the beach. We ventured a number of times to Charleston for dinner but outside of that, the house had everything we needed. And, Bert’s Market is amazing (I’m craving one of their cheeseburgers right now).

Saylor's Malibu Stay

The house was amazing and the views from nearly every room of the house could not be beat! Beach access was incredibly convenient and the beach directly in front of the house never got crowded and felt very private. The house if far from pretty much everything, so I would definitely recommend either having a car (if you need to get far distances) or renting a golf cart to make your way around the Folly area.

This house could not be a better option for a beach front rental! It is ideal for families and groups with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The decor is beautiful and comfortable. 50th Birthday Memories for a Lifetime!

We stayed at the property for my husband's 50th Birthday with our extended family and the house was all we could ask for and more! The house has the best of both worlds - fairly close proximity to Center Street, yet far enough away for some privacy and quiet when needed. The house only has one neighbor, so the beach views are beautiful and extensive. All bedrooms are spacious and have en suite bathrooms - perfect for multiple families.The beach chair/umbrella rentals that were included with our stay were an added plus! We appreciated the early check-in - would absolutely recommend

Great location for surfing or riding waves. The property management team was just great. If we forgot something or was missing something like a mattress cover they would have it sent over ASAP. Would rent from charleston coast/Dunes property again.

The perfect spot!

This was by far the nicest beach house I have ever stayed in. The place was clean, spacious, and very well lit with tons of natural light streaming in from the many windows. I slept so well in my big cozy bed, and woke up with the sunrise greeting me over the ocean horizon from my porch view. The beach is directly in front of the house and is serene with minimal traffic of passing people. I loved how quiet it was to be at the end of the road with absolutely no noisy vehicles driving by. This place is a total gem and I can’t wait to book it again for another beach getaway. Thank you so much for sharing this paradise!

Unbelievable location!! The house is right on the beach...Absolutely the best beach house I have stayed in on Folly Beach!! Love the kitchen with the large windows overlooking the ocean! Beautifully decorated and furnished well. The master bedroom upstairs was quite wonderful to wake up to as one wakes to the sounds (and views) of the ocean. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! Will be back! Beach

Great location. Excellent beach house to accommodate our whole family. Beautiful sunrises, lots of dolphins cruising by, pelican shows, turtle watch, and a double rainbow. We can’t wait to come back next year. Management was very receptive when we reached out to ask for a few things. You won’t be sorry if you are lucky enough to stay at Saylors Malibu??

Bachelorette Beach Get-Away

This was a great rental property. The balconies are just amazing and a perfect way to begin and end the day overlooking the water. The amount of space and number of bathrooms was perfect and made the house feel large enough for each guest to have some space. There are no beach chairs and the sand is not like most beaches (soft and deep) so if you can bring your own. I would definitely stay here again. The management group was helpful and stayed in touch when weather became questionable thanks to hurricane Dorian. We loved it!

A wonderful back drop to our family reunion. The property is beautifully decorated and well maintained. It felt like our family had a private beachfront throughout our stay. Concerns with the WiFi and garbage disposal were promptly addressed.We are already planning next year’s trip!!!

The home was outstanding and the property managers were as all. The TV in the Master didn't work and a brand new TV was sent to replace it within hours. Loved the new beach rental program, providing bikes and kayak usage, as well. The entire process of the home and beach items was simple. We didn't want to leave!

Amazing Views

My family rented this house to have a great and relaxing experience. It was everything we had hoped for. The views were unreal.you wake up every morning to the sunrise over the ocean with the sounds of waves crashing down. We have spent time from cape cod to siesta key and as my father in law said “ I have never stayed in a house this nice”. Then there was the house. It was remodeled recently and they did a fantastic job. Everything was done nicely and it came well equipped with everything we needed. The only issue that concerned us was the state is doing beach work and the loading zone was next door, Liz did a great job conveying any and all info before we came. A couple of times a day trucks would drive down the beach, but it was a non concern. Overall we highly reccommend this house and would rent it again. We would also rent again with the Dunes Property as they were definitely easy to work with.

It was a beautiful home with gorgeous views! Everyone was able to spread out and enjoy the privacy of their own room and bathroom. We were able to cook together and all sit at the same table and enjoy our meals. This home was PERFECT!

The home was beautiful, and perfect for our extended family! The rental company also allowed us early access to the home since it was available. That worked out perfectly so I was able get in and set up for our invited guests arriving after a long trip.
