The spacious living room features floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning ocean views. Relax on two large sofas and enjoy the coastal hues that fill the room with a sense of calm. The living room opens up to a long balcony that spans the length of the villa, perfect for soaking in the ocean breeze and enjoying the view.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped and expanded kitchen boasts custom white shaker cabinets and elegant granite countertops, providing a high-end feel. It includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a delight.

Bedrooms:

Primary Bedroom: An extra-large room with direct ocean views, an en-suite bathroom featuring a huge walk-in shower, and double sinks for added convenience.
Second Oceanfront Bedroom: Offers ocean views, balcony access, and a renovated en-suite bathroom with double sinks.
Additional Bedrooms: Two additional bedrooms, located near the entrance, each with ample space and their own fully renovated bathrooms for privacy and comfort.

Bathrooms:
