Every member of our family loved the home and its’ location on the beach. This is an older home which has been upgraded and renovated in a very tasteful manner. The deck and elevated boarded walk to the beach are very new and have an outside shower attached. The entire home was very comfortable…but there’s nothing like sitting on the back deck enjoying a cup of coffee with the morning breeze and the sound of the ocean!

Tranquil oceanfront retreat

My wife and I stayed here with our two dogs, and all four of us LOVED the property. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had an incredible view of the ocean. The screened in porch was an excellent touch, and it was nice to go out there and enjoy meals while listening to the sounds of the ocean. The backyard wooden walkway heading to the beach was well maintained and was equipped with a convenient outdoor shower. This was especially helpful for cleaning sand off our feet after spending time on the beach. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay at Folly Beach. We are looking forward to returning.

. Large kitchen and gathering space. Bedrooms are spacious, and private. Not so large that you are overwhelmed but has plenty of space for 6 to be comfortable and not crowded. Feels like a true beach cottage

The property is beautiful and had everything we could need. The 11 & 13 year old kids loved boogie-boarding the waves. We were able to bring our small dog and the fenced-in back yard made it very easy. We rented beach equipment before-hand so we didn't have to worry about packing chairs and umbrellas, and it was there waiting for us when we arrived. The screened-in back porch was the favorite family hang-out spot. Traffic on Folly Beach was very busy Memorial Day weekend, but we had no problems the rest of the week. The location was perfect - we went into Charleston most days for tourist sites, and still had several hours each afternoon to enjoy the beach. The house was spotless, had plenty of towels, and everything we could want in the kitchen. We loved this property and had a wonderful vacation on beautiful Folly Beach!

We have rented several places on folly, slowly making our way to a house on the beach! The kitchen is a great size, the bedrooms are all equally size with their own bathrooms, the screened porch was a godsend with the bugs and the fenced in yard a huge plus with a dog! Hoping to stay again next year!! KY

Easy check-in. No worries all week. Wonderful experience. I chose a pet-friendly place and was surprised how clean it was. I won't do that again, because taking the dogs with me turned out to be too much work. But the house was great.
