A block to downtown Folly with over 15 restaurants, churches, library, small grocer and plenty of eclectic beach shops. Beautiful water views from this colorful Charlestonian style town home. 3 bedrooms/ 3 baths, 2 car garage, ten foot ceilings, hardwood floors,-TVs in each room, washer and dryer in unit, granite and stainless steel kitchen, screened porch with water views. 1st floor bedroom with queen bed, second floor master bedroom with king bed, separate shower, walk in closet, and a water view balcony. The third bedroom has two sets of twin over full bunks and full bath. Enjoy the outdoor shower, small yard, large private pier, dock and pool for Waters Edge community only. Everything you need is within walking distance once on the island." Note: The fireplace is not operational.

We visit Folly often and Water's Edge is a good location. The unit is well equipped and maintained with plenty of room for a larger group. Loved the screen porch downstairs and balcony off the Master bedroom overlooking the marsh. We will definitely be back!

The house and location was perfect

We came here to get away after the holidays and visit Charleston. This house was in the perfect location, close to everything with so much to do. Loved that you could walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops. The house itself was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The screened in porch was nice to sit on for coffee or in the evenings. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely stay again but for longer.

Perfect Beach Location

We enjoyed our stay. The bike rentals allowed us to enjoy the entire island. The house is a short walk to a beautiful morning sunrise and a short bike ride to the evening sunset. We were also just a short ride to all of Charleston's charm and historical locations. The house had everything we needed to relax after a busy day of walking and eating.

Great Week in Folly Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Water's Edge! The property was perfect...comfortable beds, a great view of the water, and a fantastic location, easy walks to Folly Beach restaurants and the beach. The beginning of our week was cool and rainy...too bad the fireplace didn't work, as that would've been a perfect touch. All in all, we recommend Water's Edge for your Charleston/Folly Beach stay.
