We have a strict occupancy limit for all of our vacation rentals. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate eviction, and possibly be arrested for trespassing. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and possible loss of homeowner’s business license. “The View” is back! After a hiatus from the rental world, "The View" is back and ready for summer guests. The name says it all, located at the far west side of Folly Beach, with some of the most spectacular views - from sunrise to sunset the home has 360 degree views of the ocean, inlet and Folly River. Without a doubt, some of the best views on the east coast. Relax on the sizable screened in porch or sundeck or take a dip in the oceanfront infinity pool. The pool seems to extend into the Atlantic.

This new, custom built home features 3 spacious bedrooms and a bonus top floor that can be used as a fourth bedroom. The primary suite has a king size bed with a luxuriously spa-like bathroom. The other two guest suites have ample space and private bathrooms. Downstairs there is a powder room perfect for guests. The large kitchen, dining and living room are open concept with all the necessary amenities including a Keurig and a multi-cup Mr. Coffee. The gourmet kitchen will be a hit for cooking family meals while the rest of the crew relaxes on the comfy sofas or chairs. Need a break from it all - there’s even a ping pong table for your enjoyment. There is a queen sleeper sofa downstairs in the main living room for extra sleeping arrangements.

Upstairs at “The View” you will enter into a second living area complete with a sectional sofa, TV, gaming console and multi-game video arcade system (Pac Man, Dig Dug & bout 100 other video games), perfect for kids or adults after a long day of beaching. The top floor opens up onto the enormous 360 degree rooftop deck. To your West you can see Kiawah Island and Bird Key, to the South, Folly River and Sunset Cay Marina, to your East the entire strip of Folly Beach and to the north gorgeous views both sunrise & set of the Atlantic Ocean. It’s a sight-seers paradise. Enjoy a beverage while you take in one of the many views from the top floor bar. Back inside, this space doubles as a 4th bedroom with a comfy queen murphy bed and full bathroom. The massive windows have automatic blinds to provide a tranquil space for sleeping.

***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you. In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options.
