Welcome to Emerald Cove; located oceanfront on Folly Beach and new to the rental program. This spacious vacation home has 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths with several decks for taking in the ocean view and the sea breeze. Freshly painted inside and out in the spring of 2026; Emerald Cove is ready for the first guests!
Living Area:
Enjoy the panoramic oceanfront views from the spacious great room. There’s plenty of comfortable living room seating and two dining tables that seat a total of 12 guests. The large deck is accessed from the great room and provides an expansive covered area to take in the sea breeze.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is open to the great room and is fully equipped to prepare those special meals that will be enjoyed by friends and family.
First Floor Bedrooms:
1 King size bed with an ocean view and access to the deck. The brand new Jack and Jill bath is shared and includes a walk in shower.
1 Queen and 1 Twin bed with access to the brand new Jack and Jill bath, that’s shared with the King bedroom
1 Queen and 1 Twin with ocean view, access to the deck and ensuite with tub/shower combination.
Second Floor Bedrooms
