The reverse floor plan places the spacious main living, dining, and kitchen areas on the upper level, offering panoramic river views. The downstairs features a cozy secondary living room for added convenience.

Ability to enjoy family and friends while staying at the Tabby House

he heated pool was an awesome place to hang out! It was enjoyed by all. The Tabby House has an incredible view of the marsh/river side of the island. The dock was an excellent place to view the sunset.

We loved our entire time here! The place was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The size of the house is incredible and fit our large group of ladies perfect. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms! Wonderful having two dishwashers and fridges! Loved the views from the house but mostly the dock! Being able to sit out there each night to watch the sunset was awesome. Dolphins passed by the dock many times!! The pool was smaller than we were expecting, but we made it work! It was nice to be away from town but just a short drive away.

We watched the dolphins in the marsh every single day!

This was the perfect spot for our party of 13. Morning coffees and afternoon dips in the pool while watching the dolphins swim in the marsh and the location being just a short walk to the beach made it the perfect place for us. It was super convenient to have laundry on both floors, and the plunge pool was great for when we were \"beached out\" but still wanted to be outside.

This is the house to rent!

This house is a 10/10. It is large enough to accommodate our 2 families and has beautiful amenities. The view is second to none for watching wildlife (including dolphins)and sunsets, and has easy access to the beach. This house was perfect for our family vacation and I highly recommend it if you are considering staying anywhere near Folly Beach. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Springs

Nice House - Great View

The house was nice, the view was even better. Being on the water was wonderful to wake up to every morning. The house itself is on a dead end court which was nice and private. The walk to the beach was not bad at all even with a toddler and lots of beach equipment. The pool is just the right size for a smaller group who doesn't want to swim laps and the access to the dock was optimal. Would recommend for anyone who is looking to stay in Folley Beach.

3-Day Christmas Wedding

We were only there for a 3-day Christmas wedding. Our family was able to stay together and we had a great time of fellowship. From the initial contact the folks at Dunes Properties have been wonderful. We loved the Tabby House. It was plenty big and well able to accommodate our family. Everyone loved having their own bedroom/bathroom and the amazing view from the back of the creeks and marshes was awesome. The linens were all clean and abundant. Great house and location.

We had a great time at the Tabby House. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen had all the cookware that we needed. The location was great. We had a wonderful time fishing off the dock and kayaking in the evenings. It was a short walk to the beach. The sunsets were gorgeous.
