Sullivan’s Island is one of the most unique beach communities on the East Coast. It is rich in history and sits at the entrance of the Charleston Harbor. There is nothing quite like this beach town. A stone/'s throw from some of the best food in the area, a fantastic playground, and recreational facilities, this charming beach town is just minutes from downtown Charleston.

One of the most unique properties on Sullivan’s Island, “Station One” is one of a kind! A spectacular ocean view home that has been beautifully renovated. This 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home features an expansive screened porch across the front of the home with ocean views, a spacious back deck with private pool and plenty of lounge space, and an outdoor enclosed entertainment area with TV, sink, and bar. This is Sullivan’s Living at its finest! This one story home has an open concept floor plan that is perfect for gathering and entertaining.

Upon entering, there is a modern sitting area opening to the dining room and industrial kitchen. All stainless appliances are top of the line. A cook’s dream! Pops of color make this space decorative and cozy while maintaining a clean and modern look. Beyond the kitchen, is the open living room with sectional sofa, fireplace, and flat screened TV. There is a work space for those unfortunate days that our guests are called back to reality. Just outside of the living room is a large open deck as well as an enclosed outdoor entertainment area, complete with sink, bar, TV, and large dining table. Entertain in style with easy access to the private pool!

There are four bedrooms surrounding the main living area. All rooms have queen beds and private bathrooms. The two front bedrooms have glass doors opening to the front porch. The master opens up to a private outdoor shower and the back deck. The home was perfectly designed with comfort and convenience in mind! A bonus feature is the downstairs firepit with string lights for a magical afternoon and nighttime spot while you unwind from your busy day of sunbathing, eating, and enjoying an adult beverage or two! Create magical memories at “Station One”. It is an experience you will surely remember.
