As you walk into the main level, you are welcomed into a professionally decorated living room with an open floor plan. The living room features a large flat-screen TV and flows seamlessly into the dining area.

Kitchen:
The kitchen boasts all new appliances and a cozy nook for enjoying breakfast. Beautiful wallpaper decorates the adjacent sunroom, where you can relax with your morning coffee and watch the sunrise.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Located downstairs, this cozy room features a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom for your convenience.
Bedroom 2: The spacious primary suite upstairs offers a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and porch access overlooking the water. It also includes a desk, perfect for working from the beach.
Bedroom 3: Also upstairs, featuring two twin-over-full bunk beds and a TV for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Bedroom 4: Upstairs, this inviting queen bedroom comes with a large walk-in closet and a flat-screen TV.

Bathrooms:
The primary en-suite bathroom offers a tub, dual sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet. A shared bathroom is located between the bunk bedroom and the second queen bedroom. Additionally, downstairs, the front bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom for added convenience.

Outdoor Space:
Enjoy the ocean breeze from the porches, and take advantage of the short 5-minute walk to the beach, the two Grand Pavilion pools, and the Boardwalk.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: Our helpful staff is available from Monday to Saturday, between 9AM to 5PM, to assist you with any requests you may have during your stay on IOP. In case of an emergency after hours, we have an on-call manager available.

*Please be aware all Grand Pavilion homes are near Wild Dunes Resort event spaces. We are not given notice of events. Despite this, take ease knowing that Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that "quiet time" is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10pm-10am and Friday and Saturday from 11pm-10am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise*
