Overview:
Welcome to The Grand, a 4 bedroom and 4 bath vacation home, located in the heart of Isle of Palms. This private home is only 300 ft. from the beach, with access to two community pools. With plenty of coastal charm and several decks for enjoying the ocean breeze, you’re sure to unwind and relax upon arrival. The Grand is the perfect beach getaway for family and friends.


Living Area:
The living room’s coastal decor provides a comfortable spot to gather and relax. There’s a large screen TV for family movie nights, and both a screened in porch and open-air porch for your morning coffee routine.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It’s time to prepare your signature dish and create fun memories while surrounded by loved ones. The breakfast bar seats 4 so you can socialize with the chef.

First Floor
1) Queen bedroom with direct access to a full bathroom with a shower.
Second Floor
2) King Primary with ensuite including double vanity, Soaking tub and shower. The private deck is a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee.
3) King bedroom with ensuite including a shower.
4) Full with Twin Trundle bedroom with ensuite including a tub/shower combination.

Bathrooms:
Modern tiled bathrooms that include towels and toiletries. The first floor bathroom has access from the hall and the bedroom.

Outdoor Space:
Enjoy a game of corn hole in the shady yard or ping pong in the garage.
The BBQ grill is located on the ground level.
The resort has miles of walking and bike trails for the whole family to explore.
The Grand Pavilion community has 2 pools and a boardwalk just steps from home.
