Wonderful house. Loved the location, view, sun deck up top and the back screened in porch. Very tastefully decorated and clean.
This was such an adorable cottage with amazing views of the ocean and marsh. Loved the cottage decor. Will be beach for sure!
Great location, clean, and comfortable stay. We had a great experience in the The Washout Cottage! The agency was easy to work with and we had everything we needed. We felt very safe and secure during our stay. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and we loved all the seating options throughout the house. The outside was especially enjoyable. We sat on the front and listened to the waves crash on the beach and enjoyed watching the surfers from the rooftop. Once we had enough sun we moved to the back screened in porch for some rest and relaxation. The icing on the cake was having the beach gear delivered upon arrival. Super convenient and a nice addition to the stay. I would definitely book here again

by Lawrence CFav vacation moment: enjoying a bottle of wine on the rooftop deck in the evening and just listening to the ocean waves Highly Recommended...for a family of 4/small group. the washout cottage doesn\'t look like much from the outside (right across from the beach though!); however, once you step inside you immediately realize how much time & effort was put into creating a \'home away from home\' with beautiful decor and all amenities you\'d need. felt so comfortable and welcoming - the owners did a fabulous job and would highly recommend staying here when visiting folly beach/charleston.
