Welcome to SurSea! This spacious oceanfront home features plenty of room for the family to relax. Spend your time lounging by the luxurious outdoor pool, or if you’re more of an active type, check out the putting green while listening to the waves crash on the beach just a few feet away. After a sun-filled day on the beach, come home to relax on any of the three decks featured at this home- poolside, screened in middle level, or watch the sun set from the top.
Through the front door to your right is a bedroom with a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle. Keep walking into the fully equipped kitchen, which features an open floor plan connecting to the living room. Off of the dining room, you’ll find a bedroom with a King size bed. Upstairs, enjoy a secondary living area with incredible ocean views. The living room is surrounded by four bedrooms, one in each corner. The two rooms on the left feature King sized beds, and the two on the right have Queen sized beds. Every bedroom in the home has an en suite bathroom & a television.
***Pool will not heat if air temperature drops below 65 degrees
** The house has an elevator. However, it's not a feature we advertise and prefer not used as it has mechanical issues from time to time. Repairs to elevators can take 3-7 business days**

What a find!

Wow. Being able to find a 6 bedroom house all with en-suite bathrooms is amazing. The house was really well cared for and super clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked everything was. If you want to cook they have it all, but it was also super walkable to the restaurants in downtown folly which is great after a few drinks.
Loved watching the dolphins in the water from our great beach front view and we will definitely come back when it’s warmer to use the heated pool, that’s a great little addition for when you don’t want to get all sandy.
We went into downtown Charleston as well which is actually a really quick drive from the house and easy to get to.
We had a great time, and loved that everyone had their own space. It was great to hang out, eat in, or go out and so nice that we had all those options easily.
Can’t wait to go back this summer!

The Perfect Folly Beach Getaway

The home is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our large group with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The house was very clean upon arrival, and we found the kitchen to be well stocked. That first view of the ocean out of the full back wall of windows is just stunning. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed spreading out in the living spaces. It was an easy trip into downtown Charleston, too. Thank you for such a fantastic stay! We had the perfect friends trip and can’t wait to come back in the summer and enjoy the pool.

Fantastic to have 6 bedrooms with private en suite baths. Kitchen stocked nicely. Walking distance to town. Our party ranged from 18-75 years old and all had a great time!

The house and pool was AWESOME. It was clean, the property management was responsive and it was the best place to stay with a group of 12. Very open and comfy. The walkability to the town and access to the beach was great. Will definitely be staying here again!

This home was beyond lovely and truly a dream! Our favorite moments were sharing time together as friends for over 25 + years on the beaches of Folly. Better than the pictures (which were impressive also). The size, the decor, the amenities were outstanding and truly a magnificent place to gather together. It felt like one of the very best places to stay in all of Folly Beach.

This property was immaculate! We have been coming to Folly for 20+ years and rented many, many different oceanfront beach houses. This, by far, is the best we’ve had. It was THOROUGHLY cleaned, spotless; everything worked; beautiful inside and out; and, very well maintained. Everything was in great shape, great quality outdoor furniture throughout the decks and patios, and plenty of it for 10 guests. So many great outdoor spaces to sit on all levels; pool was heated and wonderful; easy access to the beach. Cannot find one bad thing to say about this place. Will definitely rent again!

Absolutely stunning property! Wonderful time with my kids and grandkids. The ocean views, sunrises and sunsets were incredible. The pool was great after the beach and an outdoor shower with hot water to rinse off was a plus. For anyone who wonders if the beds are comfortable, they are super comfortable, even the bunk beds! Kitchen had everything you would need and had both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The property exceeded my expectations! - Anonymous U

This property is absolutely gorgeous. It was impeccably clean and decorated so nice! We had eight stay for a week and we had a fantastic time. Would definitely like to go back and bring my whole family. The pool and putting green were amazing as well. We loved how close it was to the ocean. The views from the upper level are breathtaking

It was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and a wonderful location. We loved the yard, loved the balconies, loved the beach, loved how comfortable the home was overall, and loved the view.
