When you rent this listing, you'll have access to both villas on the 3rd floor of Mermaid Cove building, Turquoise and Aquamarine. Enjoy some privacy between each of the villas by closing the adjoining door, or keep them open to travel between.

Each bedroom boasts a spacious king bed and an ensuite bath, ensuring privacy and relaxation.

Mermaid Cove is a completely renovated building that houses six exclusive units. Nestled just off Center St., this prime location grants you easy access to the vibrant offerings of Folly. With two parking spaces provided per unit, convenience is at your doorstep! *There is NOT an elevator at this building.

***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing.

We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average.

Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.

In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options.
