Relax…it’s Aquamarine and Dunes property!

Hello, I just wanted to pass on my gratitude to your company.   The  unit, Aquamarine,  was EXACTLY as described and pictured.  That has rarely been my experience.   I sent a few questions prior to our stay and responses were  basically immediate.      The staff was thorough and thoughtful, WAY above average responses!  


I want especially to sincerely thank the crew that comes into clean and turn the units over.  The unit was extremely clean, fresh and comfortable.  That is no small task considering the sandy surroundings!  Please pass on my sincere gratitude to them.   They are outstanding and certainly attentive to their jobs and to the guests!

The amenities were great, especially having a washer and dryer. Private bathrooms for each bedroom was very nice. We appreciated the covered balcony so it wasn't always in the hot sun. Place was very clean and inviting.

Fabulous property. Was our first visit to Folly Beach, and probably not our last. Would definitely rent this unit again; we loved it! Clean and well decorated. Had everything that we needed. Location was perfect and so close to everything.

This was the most perfect place for our girls’ weekend! The condo was superb: the to-die-for ocean view, access to the beach and location (so close to everything on Folly Beach!) were magical. The (2) en-suite set-up was pure luxury! The rest of the condo was comfortable, clean and made living for a week relaxing and easy. We will be back!

The property is a perfect location on Folly Beach. It was very clean, well equipped and prepared for visitors. And, of course, the view is superb. Our unit was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building. We knew about this beforehand. I guess we got good exercise going up and down!

We loved our stay. The place was prettier and more spacious than we expected. The bedrooms were separated so everyone could sleep really well without waking each other. The beach accessible behind the condo is staffed with life guards, as it doubles as the public beach, which made me feel much safer with my kids swimming. And a beach grocery store was 2 blocks away, which was an easy walk, or you could drive 3.5 miles to a full grocery store - for easy access to groceries. Great place. Thanks!

The property was clean and comfortable. It is on third floor (4 flights) so be sure that works for you but there is a reason the penthouse is the best - good views, up from some of the street noise etc. Bring your own beach towels. Walking distance to some restaurants and bars. Unit was clean and smelled nice when entering. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

The easiest ever beach access! Aquamarine is a two bedroom unit that is nicely decorated. The bedrooms are large enough. The kitchen is well appointed. Water pressure and hot water is plentiful. Top floor views are magnificent but the stairs are numerous...that's the price to pay. Being close to downtown is really nice and the new pier is coming along nicely. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful and well appointed condo! The kitchen had everything we needed and we had lots of space for relaxing, in between our trips to the beach. Loved the close location to downtown and easy access to the beach. We found the flashlights under the kitchen sink-the kids loved being on the beach after dusk!
