Aquamarine is a perfectly located third floor oceanfront condo! You are sure to enjoy the view from your deck, living room, dining room, kitchen and one bedroom. Both bedrooms have a king bed and ensuite bath. Mermaid Cove is a fully renovated 6 unit building located just steps from Center St. and all that Folly has to offer.

Two parking spots are provided per unit. There is NOT an elevator at this building.

There's also one Electric vehicle charger for the building. If you would like to use it, please inquire.

Each condo has an adjoining door with the unit next to it, meaning you can rent two units to create a full 4 bedroom condo, if your group needs more space! | Aquamarine (3B) connects with Turquoise (3A)

***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing.

We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average.

Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.

In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options.
