Please be aware that from October 2024 through Summer 2025, the Charleston Oceanfront Villas HOA will be replacing all oceanfront sliding doors. This project will be conducted stack by stack, starting with units ending in -23 and working toward the pier and units ending in -01. This project has been experiencing multiple delays, causing most of the building to be under construction at once. Work is expected 7am-6pm on weekdays, with limited parking, views, and accessibility. Half of the parking lot is inaccessible at any time, with workers, trucks and equipment being stored around property. While we are provided details, we are not in charge of the project and do our best to keep up with any new updates. Please inquire for the latest delay information and work location.

With a delightful blend of contemporary and traditional beach decor, this villa creates the perfect getaway for families or groups. The colorful interior greets you as soon as you walk in, making it clear that you are in a special place. The private balcony offers stunning views of the Folly Beach Pier, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of fun in the sun. This condo has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation.

Living Area:
The spacious living room features comfortable seating and a 60" HDTV, perfect for movie nights after a day at the beach. Large windows provide ocean views, and sliding glass doors lead to the private balcony.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals for your family or group. The open layout connects the kitchen to the dining and living areas, making it easy to entertain while cooking.

Bedrooms:

Primary Bedroom: King bed with flat-screen TV and access to the oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with a flat-screen TV.
Bedroom #3: Two twin beds with flat-screen TV.

Bathrooms:
All three bathrooms are updated with modern fixtures and fresh towels, ensuring comfort for all guests.

Two Oceanfront Pools: Relax at one of the two oceanfront pools (open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting).

Convenient Elevators: Two elevators provide easy access to the villa and complex amenities.

Book a stay of 4–14 nights and receive a $250 credit towards beach gear rentals, courtesy of our partnership with VayK Gear! Please note: The HOA does not allow bikes, surfboards, kayaks, or paddleboards from VayK Gear on the property.

Parking and Vehicle Guidelines:
Each villa includes two parking spaces. Additional parking passes may be purchased from the HOA for $50–$100, depending on availability and season. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
