The spacious living room features comfortable seating and a 60" HDTV, perfect for movie nights after a day at the beach. Large windows provide ocean views, and sliding glass doors lead to the private balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals for your family or group. The open layout connects the kitchen to the dining and living areas, making it easy to entertain while cooking.

Bedrooms:

Primary Bedroom: King bed with flat-screen TV and access to the oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with a flat-screen TV.

Each villa includes two parking spaces. Additional parking passes may be purchased from the HOA for $50–$100, depending on availability and season. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
