There are two elevators provided at the Charleston Oceanfront Villas and two oceanfront pools.
The pools are open from April 1st to October 31st.
Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. Additional passes can be purchased from the HOA and can vary from $50-$100 depending on the season.

Folly Beach is the closest island to historic downtown Charleston. Typically just a 20 minute car ride to explore this unique and historic city. Charleston is known for amazing restaurants, tours, and annually a top 5 destination in the world to visit per Travel and Leisure magazine.

***The Oceanfront Villas are individually owned, and each year from October-March allow a period of time for owners to complete construction projects. This may involve noise for neighboring condos

Starting in the fall of 2024, the HOA of the Charleston Oceanfront Villas is set to begin a construction project to replace all oceanfront sliding doors in the building. This project will happen stack by stack, beginning on units ending in -23, and working toward the pier. There will be scaffolding up over each stack as work begins, and there may be loud noises associated with heavy work. Each section is blocked off according to work schedules, but construction times will vary based on weather conditions.
