Welcome to I"sland Time in 5," a four bedroom, three and a half bath home, located in the Wild Dunes Resort on the beautiful Isle of Palms. This charming home offers a private plunge pool, a large yard and an open living, dining and kitchen area. Making it the perfect destination for family and friends.

Features:
Private plunge swimming pool, large shaded yard and two primary suites. Please inquire about pool heat!

Living Area:
The open living, dining and kitchen area is a cozy place to gather and leads out to the screened porch and private plunge pool.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and laundry. There’s also seating at the bar so that you can socialize while preparing a special meal.

Bedrooms:
First floor primary bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bath and flat screen TV
Second floor primary bedroom has king sized bed, pull out sofa, ensuite bath, flat screen TV and a view of the plunge pool
The third bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV
The fourth bedroom has a bunk with Twin over full, pullout trundle and a flat screen TV

Bathrooms:
Primary bath on the first floor has been recently updated and has a walk-in shower.
Half bath is located on the first floor off of the dining room.
Primary bathroom on the second floor was recently added, it is brand new and has a bath tub and shower combination.
Upstairs hall bath was recently updated and has a shower.

Outdoor Space:
The large shaded yard is a wonderful spot for dining alfresco and there’s plenty of room for the kids to run and play. Corn hole boards are provided! The resort has many walking a biking paths for those that like to explore and the beach is a short walk from the house.

Please note that if you pay to have the pool heated, the pool heater is electric, not gas-powered. As a result, it may take a longer time to reach the desired temperature, depending on various factors. In colder weather, the heater may be less effective or may not be able to heat the pool to the desired temperature at all.
