We had an incredible stay at Bikinis and Martinis. The kitchen and living area was stunning and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was perfect for our group. It exceeded our expectations!

Beautifully decorated home, great indoor/outdoor space, perfect kitchen with large island for gathering, easy walk to the beach. Would highly recommend!!

We stayed at the property for Spring Break, and we had 8 of us that stayed at the property ranging from ages 69 to 12. We have some family that live in the area that came to visit, and they have children 3 and 5 years of age. It was a great house for all! We've had the pleasure to stay at multiple properties all over and this by far was the nicest and most relaxing house. We LOVED the porch swing and really enjoyed the covered porch off of the dining area. Thank you for sharing your house with us!! We would definitely stay here again!!

We just hosted a weekend wellness retreat here, and the house was absolutely amazing! Everyone agreed it was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. The beds were extremely comfortable, and it was just a quick walk to the beach, pickleball courts, and a short drive to great restaurants and downtown for a fun day out! The house was thoughtfully stocked with local coffee, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. This rental went above and beyond in every way! We are already planning our trip to come back! 

Amazing property and setup...extremely comfortable beds...close proximity to the beach - couldn't ask for a better rental. Plenty of room for people to hang out and have a great time.

This house was PERFECT. A hop, skip, and a jump away from the 28th avenue beach access (we were able to walk easily with a 3 and 6yo). There were plenty of beach chairs to use as well as beach towels. The kitchen was beautiful, and fully stocked with everything you could think of…even a spice drawer. Unless you are a top chef, there is nothing you would need to pack to be able to create and enjoy a dinner. The outdoor seating spots were amazing…my favorite part of the house. All of the furniture was so incredibly comfortable, especially the beds. The pool was a little chilly, but we were told that this property is getting a heated pool within the next week…yet another plus! The neighborhood is so pretty and so peaceful and quiet…also a very short walk to the rec park with a fun playground for the kiddies. Our family enjoyed this property so much and are looking forward to returning to our temporary paradise soon!

Our family enjoyed our stay. We loved all the different inside and outside gathering areas around the house and of course to pool and spa were great. The whole villa felt very private and we loved the easy beach access. We will definitely book this house again. Thanks for a great staycation!
