The Folly River views, which are visible from the back side of the home, are breathtaking especially at sunset. This beach house will fill all of your needs when it comes to vacation leisure and picture perfect memories. The large farmhouse style dining table will seat families of all sizes. There are also several private patio areas placed along the exterior of the home. Close your eyes and listen to the ocean waves crashing as you watch the sun set over the Folly River. This home is located in a quiet area well away from Center Street and off the main road. Furnishings and Interior are well-loved, and tell the stories of the past families who have completed memorable trips to Folly Beach. * Elevator not accessible due to age and safety Center Street Folly Beach is a few minutes away, with shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. ***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.
