This wonderful vacation home has a soft coastal style that’s sure to put you in a mellow Folly Beach state of mind. The beach and all that Folly has to offer is less than a mile away and an easy bike ride or walk. Explore the shops and restaurants, rent kayaks, or take a fishing trip. The historic city of Charleston is only 20 minutes from Folly, and we recommend that you plan to spend a few days exploring this number one travel destination!

After a day of sightseeing, enjoy a refreshing swim in the community pool. There’s even a private dock for crabbing, fishing, or just hanging out.

As the condo is an end-unit, you will enjoy expansive views of the Folly River while relaxing on your screened-in, covered patio. You have access to the patio from the living room and large primary bedroom and can take in the activity on the Folly River. You will see sail boats gliding by, shrimp boats coming in with their catch, and dolphins frolicking.

The open living room, dining room, and kitchen are perfect for gathering friends and family to enjoy the view and socialize. Prepare a favorite meal in the fully stocked kitchen, which has new stainless steel appliances, and then sit down together at the dining table that seats six.

The condo is professionally managed by Dunes Properties so your stay will be welcoming and relaxing. Fresh linens, bedspreads, and towels are provided for your comfort and safety.

Bedroom Configuration:
1) King bed with en suite bath, patio access, and TV
2) Queen bed with en suite bath
3) Two twin beds and TV

Starting on April 1st, the Turn of River HOA is beginning a construction project on front balconies of each unit. This project is expected to take 2-3 months, and the pool will be closed for the duration of the project. The City of Folly Beach can only work during the hours of 8am-5pm, from Monday through Friday.
Good news! James Island County Park has a splash zone which is great for families that can be utilized during the pool closure!

Perfect location

We had a very nice stay at this property which is at a perfect location, quite accessible to Charleston and of course the Folly Beach. Property is quite spacious, very cozy. Will visit again. Special mention, the owners and property managers were very gracious who allowed us to modify our booking for a mistake. So while being professional, they also showed a human side which me and my wife appreciated very much. Thank you so much.

Turn of River 2A - end unit with great views of the river. I enjoyed the sunshine on the screen porch watching the boats head out on the river. The unit is comfortable and well maintained with everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised at how much room there was to spread out. There is both a drip coffee maker & a K-cup machine for those that need to know 🙂

Great views and quiet setting

Our vacation started off with just my spouse and I and our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters joined us after a few days. Being just over the bridge turned out to be much quieter and convenient than being on the beach side. The unit was clean, well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and fun stay.

A little slice of heaven

We’ve stayed at the property multiple years, it never gets old. A view that can’t be beat and a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. We love using the dock for fishing and crabbing. The pool is big enough for a refreshing dip post beach day. The unit is a good space with plenty of room but we spend most of our time on the screened in deck watching the dolphins and boats. 100% recommend!

Beautiful spot in convenient location

We stayed here mother's day weekend as 2 couples each with a young child. The property was clean, safe, easy to access, spacious and very enjoyable. It was walking distance to Folly Beach, even with strollers and baby gear, but was quiet and peaceful. Access to the private dock was great so when we chartered a boat tour the captain was able to pick us up there. We would definitely stay again!
