 The property was beautiful and as expected. The kitchen was very well equipped. The view and accommodations were not lacking. The ease of booking, entering and checking out was a plus. Dee, the private concierge, was extremely helpful. She provided any information and assistance I requested prior to our arrival. Having two washer and dryers was also a plus for our family. There was a sand volleyball court on the property which we enjoyed.

Amazing Stay!

This is a magnificent home and we took full advantage of the pool and hot tub in the early morning hours as we watched the sun come up. The kitchen was fully stocked to make amazing meals and we also hired a private chef for our party of 10 on the weekend. This home was built for entertaining and we loved every minute of our stay. When we initially booked this property we didn’t know that the home comes with a concierge. Our concierge, Tyler, was attentive and immediately addressed all our questions. The views of the sea from the living room sliders was absolutely incredible. Our family had an amazing stay and will be back!

This is a beautiful well equipped, perfect location vacation home. The owners thought of everything just right. Each room has it's own bathroom, pool table room, bonus hang out room up stairs, "2"washers/dryers, huge entertaining kitchen area, pool/hot tub volley ball court, and fire pit...right on the beach. Perfect! Tyler, was available anytime needed. Best concierge! There was nothing bad to say about this house...just want to point out how wonderful Tyler was with communication...the blender didn't work and he had a new one delivered to the house within a few hours. Spot on! This property is worth every penny! You will not be disappointed! Hope to be back!

My parents rented this gorgeous home as a venue for bridal party members to stay, and also get ready the day of my wedding. It was nothing less than spectacular. This was the 2nd year we've vacationed at this property. Both experiences were wonderful. A beautiful house, with plenty of room for a 14 person family reunion. The property was in excellent condition, and everything worked well. Spa/pool is one of the best features, and really shines when the weather is uncooperative. Tyler Haag (concierge) was very responsive and knowledgeable.

Absolutely Amazing

This is the perfect beach house! So new and beautiful. Our family enjoyed every part of this house. Pool, hot tub, pool table and the movie room on the top floor. This house has everything!!! Plus, the staff is there to help with any questions or concerns. By far our favorite beach house that we have ever rented. A+++

Absolutely beautiful house with total attention to detail

The management company was also exceptional, responding in minutes to any request... the house is truely amazing. One recommendation would be to add more photos... the media room on the top floor was a nice surprise and the pool table with ocean view was a big bonus. We really loved the easy to use sound system throughout the house also.

Enough bedrooms for 11 of us and the elevator was a plus for luggage. The hot tub and pool with our own private access to the beach was amazing. One of the few properties that had both.

Amazing House Must Rent.

We rented this house for a birthday celebration for 12 people. I must say this house is really amazing for the amount of people we had staying there. We planned on going out a few times to Charleston, but loved the house so much we ended up staying there the entire time. Dunes Properties staff was always there to help with any questions about the house via call or text. I already want to plan another trip to this location again. FL

Best Stay

We have rented 5 different homes in the Charleston area. 3 times on Isle of Palms and twice in Folly Beach. We have family back there and love to host big family gatherings. This home is the bomb and served our needs, but more importantly, our host Tyler Haag was second to none! We have dealt with other property managers (I.e. we’ve done this 5 times in the past) and Tyler by far was the most responsive, the most thoughtful and the most attentive to our needs. Next year we will be out again and we will contact him first to see which homes he is representing to make sure that we get to work with him again! Thank you Tyler for making the trip so enjoyable.

Gorgeous Property

Beautiful, chic decor. Spotless home, ultra-comfortable and fully equipped. Unlike many rental houses, Sea Star has so much more than simply multiple bedrooms. There are several gathering places for family and friends, including a pool deck with magnificent ocean view, a boardwalk gazebo, several porches with chairs, an open kitchen, a spacious living room, game room, and media room. A person could get lost -- which is a great thing on vacation! Everything about the house is geared toward the perfect combination of privacy and togetherness, and the ocean is steps away. Perfection!
