The house comes with a private concierge who is available before, during, and after your stay! Your concierge will be your primary point of contact during your stay and will provide a personalized experience, meeting you at the home for check in and checkout and ensuring that all your needs are met. You concierge can assist with booking reservations, personal chefs, arranging grocery delivery, and anything else you might need for the perfect beach vacation.

Upon entering you will be greeted by expansive hard wood floors and high ceilings. Large windows throughout the home let in light; every room has an incredible view. With a large refrigerator, two dishwashers, two ovens, an ice maker and a wine cooler, the kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and fully stocked; the chef in your group will feel like royalty with these accommodations. There are two islands to make food prep a breeze. The larger island features a breakfast bar for six. The dining table off the kitchen comfortably seats 12. Attached to the kitchen is the walk in pantry and laundry area which houses an additional fridge for extra food storage. The area is spacious enough for everyone to lend a hand-- there is no such thing as "too many cooks" in a gourmet kitchen like this one!

The main living room features a large sectional with incredible ocean views. At night, relax in front of the gas fireplace and watch your favorite movies on the large flat screen TV. French doors open up onto a large wrap around porch that overlooks the pool area and the green out to the ocean. Outdoor fans keep this space cool when the ocean breeze lays down. It's the perfect place to relax and have a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise.

The first floor features three bedrooms in addition to the living spaces. The first bedroom is located off the foyer and features a comfortable queen bed, large closet and private en suite bath with a large bath tub, a luxurious walk in shower and dual vanities. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third features a twin bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed. These rooms share a Jack and Jill bath with dual vanities, a large bath tub and an incredible walk in shower.

The second floor features four bedrooms, a coffee bar, and an open air wrap around porch with views for miles! The first two bedrooms are to your right from the top of the stairs and share a jack and jill bathroom. The first room has a queen bed and the second has two twin over queen bunk beds. The shared bathroom features a large dual vanity and a spacious walk in shower. The third room has a queen bed and features lots of closet space and great ocean views. This room has a detached bathroom with two vanities and a walk in shower. Finally, down the hall past the coffee bar, you will find the master bedroom and incredible master bath. The master has a king bed in a stunning four post frame; this room in particular room has unmatched views of the grounds, beach, and beyond. The en suite master bath is fit for kings! The contemporary design is features clean lines and minimalist accents but luxurious details. Treat yourself to a well deserved soak in the garden tub or relax under the dual rainfall and dual hand held shower heads in the walk in shower.

While the house is truly "All Decked Out," the grounds make this home a true paradise. The recently refinished and expanded pool area features lounges and other outdoor furniture for your comfort and relaxation. No need to go upstairs to make your favorite poolside drinks, a new feature to this space is the outdoor wet bar featuring an ice maker, drink cooler and sink. The grounds were significantly expanded in 2020, the thicket between the home and the beach has been replaced with an expansive lawn. It has transformed into the perfect space for outdoor activities like frisbee, croquet, or cornhole. Enjoy evening cocktails in the gazebo and take a walk down the beach path to the ocean.

-SECURITY CAMERAS: The property is equipped with a front door ring doorbell security camera and exterior cameras for additional security. There are no cameras pointed in guest use areas.

This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It is a smart home device that measures decibel levels and ensures privacy compliance, as it does not listen or record any audio.In the event that the noise level exceeds the set limit, you will receive a friendly reminder text message asking you to turn the noise down.  This is to help you avoid any violations that could result in a fine of $1087 per day from the Isle of Palms Police Department, along with significant penalties for the homeowner
