This house was perfect for our extended family, privacy when needed, great gathering spaces. The kitchen is probably the best equipped kitchen I’ve seen in a rental home. We had a wonderful long weekend together, thank you!

What a beautiful house! The spaces are fantastic with lots of bedrooms so everyone could have privacy but also great communal areas to gather and visit. Beautiful porches for every time of day -covered, open, screened, patio. Beautiful sunrise view this time of year. Sunset over the marsh from the back deck. Afternoon nap on the porch listening to the waves makes for a restful vacation. We loved it and will definitely stay here again.

Loved this very spacious house. Had 3 living rooms/sitting areas. The front deck with comfy furniture was nice with a few of the ocean. The kitchen is huge and very well stocked for cooking.

Great amount of room options. Nice and very clean inside. Outside needs some attention but almost all of our activities were inside on the property. Best kitchen supplies we have ever seen! Some of the art was not generic and provided some discussion. Would be good to have some sort of gravel for the parking bays underneath. Property management was responsive and engaged following the storm and always seemed available.

Wonderful House

The house fit all of our needs. Many comfortable places to get alone and read a book or hang out with everyone and play games. Location to the beach was easily a short walk, but definitely rent a golf cart, it makes moving around the island much easier.

Wonderful location and stay

Family Time

Our family has grown larger over the last year or two and we needed a vacation home that would accommodate our needs for space to be together and space to be apart. This home was perfect for us for exactly that reason, and we especially enjoyed cooking together in the spacious kitchen and playing games on the dining room table overlooking the marsh. After walking on the beach, which was just across the street, we sat out in the porch swing talking, and we read magazines and napped in the chairs out there. Walking into town gave us the exercise we needed, and I loved watching the sunrise from my bed each morning near the back porch. It is probably odd to go on and on about a shower, but the master bathroom was off the charts incredible. I have never had such a luxurious bathing experience before, but I surely will again when we return there next year. My family and I had a wonderful time together and this house was the backdrop where our connections were renewed.

Perfect house for a family reunion and MUSC graduation

Our family was looking for a large house for a family reunion so we could all be together. This gathering was also a celebration for our youngest sons MUSC graduation. We found the perfect place in "Estate of Folly". The house lent itself to having fun inside and out with decks on the front of the house and the back. The beach is just steps away and the sound is a quiet retreat for those who did not want the ocean and sand. The location was just perfect for us; not too far away from downtown Charleston, and anything you may need was available at the house or in Folly. Thanks for a memorable vacation and awesome place to gather a large family.

Major Electrical issues on the first day but the team at dunes properties were quick to respond and kept me updated on when it would be fixed. Excellent customer service. Folly Beach is beautiful and fun for the family. This property was perfect for our extended family of 14 to stay at.

Can't wait to go back!

I loved my girls getaway week in this house. The house was very spacious for 10 girls. The backyard was so peaceful and quiet, and it's located just a few steps away from the beach. The pool table was great for our night in. Ubers and Lyfts are just $20ish to and from Downtown Charleston. There's also a fun night scene on Folly. My girls and I will definitely stay at Estate of Folly again. It accommodated all of us to a tee!
