The Course

The Cooper River Bridge Run shuts down the entire road on the course between Mount Pleasant and Charleston. You’ll start the run on Coleman Boulevard in Mount Pleasant, then run across the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge. From there, you’ll run through some of Charleston’s most popular streets: Meeting Street and King Street. You’ll end the race after six miles and head to Marion Square for the Finish Festival

The Starting Line

Runners should park downtown and hop on one of the bus shuttles in the morning to be brought to the starting line on Coleman Boulevard in Mount Pleasant. That way, your transportation will be downtown when you finish! You must wear your racing bib to be allowed on the shuttle. Once you get there, you’ll line up based on the color code on your bib. Racers are lined up based on their estimated finishing times.

The Finish Festival
