The living room (with sleeper sofa) and kitchen overlook the beautiful expansive beach. Open the sliding glass door to feel the salty ocean breeze! The first bedroom on the main level has a cozy queen bed with a private full bathroom. On the second floor, the luxurious queen master bedroom with a large private bathroom overlooks the white sandy beach. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private balcony. In addition, the second floor guest bedroom has a full bunk bed, a twin bed, and a private porch overlooking the golf course. This bedroom also features a private bathroom.

I sell short term rentals for a living and this one is top notch! Very clean, plenty of space, and well organized. Views are super, everything was super! My only complaint is the master bed was not a king lol I should have read the listing better. The pictures are just as good as the real thing! Very well represented.

My husband and I took our grandson and a friend for a relaxing trip. The property was wonderful. Great beach views, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, everything we needed as a home base for our trip. Location was perfect for exploring all the area has to offer.

Wild Dunes off season was wonderful- traffic always light so commuting to Mt Pleasant was simple- the ocean was beautiful . We bundled up and walked the near empty beach... The condo was just perfect for our family get together

Our family greatly enjoyed IOP and Xanadune - cannot say enough about the space. Was perfect for us. Great location and amenities. Plenty of space for the 7 of us (4 adults, 3 kids) with a good layout too. Appliances are all excellent including washer and dryer. The beach and pool were great - short walks and very clean. Kids loved it. Only nitpick - we were without scissors and couldn’t find any. And we would have loved a vacuum to clean up after ourselves during the week. But, again, we loved it and will definitely be back to Xanadune. (Also, I played the u2 b-side Xanax and Wine regularly while there)

Excelllent Condo with a beautiful view!

Great Condo!! Everything was brand new! You could tell it had just been totally remodeled. Everything was brand new pots and pans, carpet, cabinets, and bathrooms. Beautiful view, very clean! Pool area and play ground were clean/nice, for the Spring it would have been nice if the pool was heated. The condo was well equipped, it had everything we needed and more. There is a nice community deck near the beach. This condo is perfect!!
