This oceanfront, custom built 6 bedroom/8.5 bathroom home boasts 7,000 square feet of pure elegance. Each room was professionally designed and no expense was spared. The attention to detail includes stone flooring throughout the first floor that was repurposed from a 100 year old roof in France. Beautifully maintained grounds provide a pristine view from every room.
The first floor includes the entertainer’s kitchen, casual dining area, formal dining room, comfortable great room, and an oceanfront king bedroom with a luxurious ensuite that includes an oceanfront soaking tub. There’s also a den, a full bath and a half bath.
On the second floor, you will find a king bedroom with ensuite, two queen bedrooms with ensuites, two twin bedrooms with ensuites, a TV room and another full bath.
The pool area is like a resort, with multilevel decks that provide plenty of comfortable places to enjoy the ocean view and sound of the surf. Your visit is not complete until you take in the best sunset on the island while soaking in the hot tub at Sunset Point!

The house is stunning and well appointed. You can tell that it is well taken care of and loved. The location is great and the pool and hot tub were a big hit. Also the management company was extremely responsive. We would definitely rent the house again if we are in the area.
