ISLE OF PALMS SUNRISE DREAM is beautifully decorated and features a large family room that allows everyone to be together - a dining table that seats 8 and a large granite island with bar stools. The kitchen has stainless appliances and granite counter tops - it is designed for those in the family who love to eat while they watch those who love to cook! Elevator has access to all floors for hauling luggage and groceries.

The first floor features an open floor plan of the family room, kitchen, and dining area, with a half-bath off the entry, plus a bedroom with a king bed, private bath, and a sliding glass door that opens onto the front porch/deck. The family room opens to the outside through 2 sets of sliding glass doors onto the porch/deck which has a patio table for 6, a gas grill, and 5 wonderful rocking chairs.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms each with its own private bath. The master suite has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom a king bed, the 3rd bedroom a bunk bed twin over full with a twin trundle, and the 4th bedroom a king bed.

The family room has a Blu-ray player and 55' TV with WiFi connectivity, Netflix, Amazon or other streaming media accounts you have on your laptop can be wirelessly connected to the television to watch your favorite movies! Also the Master Bedroom and the Bedroom on the main floor have a DVD player.

The Beach is less than a 6 minute quick and easy walk and we are providing a large wagon (30'x48') you can use to pull all your towels, sand-buckets, and toddlers!

After the Beach, come home to a cool, tranquil backyard with private pool and hot tub, and an outdoor foosball table and pool table! The outdoor enclosed shower and beautifully landscaped yard are completely fenced in. There is a kids picnic table and water/play table. The swimming pool is heated with no additional fee April through October (heat turned off November through March).
