Coastal Calm is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that sits in the epicenter of Wild Dunes Resort with stunning ocean views, and just steps to the Atlantic.

As you walk into the main level, you are welcomed into the professionally decorated living room and open floor plan. The living room features a large flat screen TV and attaches to the open dining room. Attached to the living room, is the first floor queen bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom. Through the dining room, you’ll find the beautiful wallpaper that decorates the sunroom, where you can spend your time enjoying your coffee, and watching the sun rise. The kitchen includes all new appliances and a cute little nook to enjoy breakfast. Up the stairs, and the primary bedroom with a king bed is on your left with porch access overlooking the water. This bedroom has a desk to work from the beach and an en-suite bathroom with a tub, dual sinks & a walk-in closet! From the stairs and to the right you will find the laundry room in the hallway to the bathroom which is shared between the bunk bedroom and the queen bedroom. This bunk bedroom is a kid’s dream! Two bunk beds, twin over fulls, and a large flat screen tv to relax and watch movies after a long day at the beach. Right next to the bunk room is the queen bedroom which includes a flat screen tv and a large walk-in closet. This beautiful home is just a short 5 minute walk to the beach, the two Grand Pavilion pools, and the Boardwalk.

**This property has access to 2 oceanfront Grand Pavilion pools.**

*Please be aware all Grand Pavilion homes are near Wild Dunes Resort event spaces. We are not given notice of events. Despite this, take ease knowing that Isle of Palms noise ordinance requires that "quiet time" is in effect Sunday through Thursday from 10pm-10am and Friday and Saturday from 11pm-10am and includes noise restrictions on stereos, televisions and any other noise*

We had a lovely time staying at Coastal Calm. The property is well maintained and has a decent ocean view. We stayed the week for our daughters wedding and would definitely rent the house again. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch.

My favorite time of year at the beach! Always love Wild Dunes and this property was perfect for our long weekend. We had the added pleasure of sitting on the back porch and watching a beautiful wedding, with great music for the evening! This house was cozy and comfortable, just what we were looking for!

Spacious main floor layout - plenty of room to sprawl out between the living room, sunroom, and outside deck areas - quality and comfortable furniture -really appreciated having the keurig! -the update on the property made it a wonderful property to stay at -enjoyed our time at IOP and Wild Dunes

The property was outstanding! It is a gorgeous, well-appointed home. The owners thought of everything. The home was comfortable for our 11 family members. We spent most of our time hanging out on the porches enjoying the cool breezes. We loved the close access to the beach and pools. That was important to us as we had several small grandchildren. We also enjoyed the easy access to the market for treats.

Our family enjoyed this home! It was very convenient to the beach and pools. We really liked how spacious the home was, which gave our family of 5 room to spread out. We loved the screened porches and we spent a lot of our time there together. We would definitely stay here again!
