This home has a reversed floor plan to take advantage of the best views from the great room, dining room and kitchen.

The first floor has a living room, kitchenette, along with a game room and access to a covered porch with stairs leading down to the yard and beach boardwalk. The primary bedroom on this floor has a king-size bed with private bath. The remaining two bedrooms have queen beds, and they share a bath. Every room has a flat-screen TV. The game room has a flat-screen TV, sleeper sofa, foosball table and it leads to the ocean facing deck on the side of the home.

The second floor has the full kitchen that includes everything you need to cook large family meals, including a gas-range and seating for the whole family. This open floor plan is great for gathering loved ones, with the kitchen flowing into the living area and fantastic views all around. There’s plenty of comfortable seating to relax and unwind after a day on the beach or sightseeing downtown. On this floor, there’s also another primary bedroom with a king size bed and TWO full baths!

The top floor of this home has a wet-bar area and access to the roof top deck. Once on the rooftop deck, soak in the views of the Morris Island Lighthouse, Sullivan's Island lighthouse and the Cooper River Bridge in Charleston. ***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.
