Standard patio furnishings are available on the deck, which also features a small dock extending into the marsh to a small creek, ideal for crabbing during high tide. While the house enjoys a marsh view, it's located directly across the street from the beach, offering the best of both worlds. From the front deck, you can hear the gentle crashing of waves on the shore and bask in the delightful ocean breeze. The location is perfect for locals and visitors alike.

Inside, you'll discover a charming blend of beach-cottage décor. The public areas flow smoothly, with large windows and doors overlooking the deck, and bringing the natural beauty of the marsh into the living and dining rooms. The spacious dining room table provides an ideal space for enjoying meals together, while the living room invites you to relax and spend time with loved ones.

Each bedroom is ample in size and provides various sleeping arrangements. Downstairs, one of the bedrooms affords the same marsh view as the living room. The master suite is located upstairs and features a large private bath and shower. The raised stilts of the house ensure covered parking and ample spots in front of the house for parking.

Additionally, there's an outdoor shower beneath the house for the perfect rinse after a day at the beach. This house is like a gentle giant, large and humble simultaneously, with ample character to make it charming without being overbearing.

Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate eviction, and possibly be arrested for trespassing. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and possible loss of homeowner’s business license. ***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.
