Enjoy stunning vistas of the Sullivan's Island and Morris Lighthouses from the comfort of your own home. The third floor, lovingly referred to as the penthouse, is a major attraction - featuring a bar with a sink, fridge, and ice maker, a 60 inch Smart TV, a half bath, and two decks. The expansive 20' x 30' ocean-facing deck provides ample space for activities such as sunrise yoga, afternoon happy hours, and stargazing at night. Meanwhile, the marsh-facing deck encourages you to appreciate the vibrant wildlife as the tide ebbs and flows.

The house has an inverted floor plan to maximize the views from the living spaces. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located on the first floor, while the living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and one master bedroom occupy the second floor. The 10ft ceilings lend an airy feel to the home, while the living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large TV. The big kitchen features a breakfast bar and the dining table can seat up to 10 guests comfortably.

While the elevator is available to guests, we cannot ensure that it will be functional for every rental. Residential elevators may malfunction at times, and repairs, parts, and technician services could take days or even weeks to complete.

We have a firm limit on the number of occupants allowed in each of our vacation homes. Any guests who breach the occupancy terms, hold gatherings or parties, will face immediate eviction, and could even face arrest for trespassing. The City of Folly Beach has a stringently enforced set of rules governing such events, which could also cause homeowners to have their business license revoked. Our homes are specifically designed to accommodate vacationers and we thank you for your cooperation. If you require more details, do not hesitate to ask.

***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.
