This charming oceanfront home, known as Sandi Lou, offers a cozy and nostalgic beach house experience. As you drive into the driveway, you'll be greeted by the soothing sounds of the ocean waves

Step up the front stairs and enter the home, where you'll find a spacious kitchen to your left. While not luxurious, it has all the necessary amenities, including a convenient butcher block for extra counter space. This fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals to enjoy on the screened-in back porch or for packing snacks to take with you to the beach. The kitchen counter also features bar stools, allowing little ones to observe or friends and family to converse while the designated cook works their magic.

Continuing past the kitchen, you'll find a spacious dining table that has gracefully hosted countless group meals, game nights, and joyful reunions over the years. This table is ideal for group meals, game nights, or simply gathering and sharing laughter and stories.

Right past the dining area is the cozy dining room, with ocean views directly out of the doors to the porch. Sit on the couch for dual views - the ocean and the tv, perfect for the rare rainy day inside.

The main level of the house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, each telling its own story through the passage of time. On the right side, facing the ocean, two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. On the left side, accessed from a hallway, three additional bedrooms await. The hallway also holds a washer and dryer.

Upstairs you’ll find a large room designed for the younger members of your group, with 3 Full & 3 Twin beds, there are plenty of options for sleeping arrangements. This area boasts a window seat with unparalleled ocean views, child-sized furniture and seating, and an en suite bathroom.

Throughout the house, the faded decor serves as a reminder that every moment spent here is an opportunity to reconnect with nostalgia and revel in the breathtaking views of the enduring Atlantic Ocean spread out before you.

***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing.


We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average.


Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.


In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options.
