The condo encompasses arguably one of the best views in the Charleston Oceanfront Villas. Watch the sunset over the west end of the island from the expansive balcony. The large dining table is the perfect place to gather for a family dinner or card game. The kitchen separates the space between the bedrooms with two located at the entrance. The two others are located on opposite sides of the living room. These three rooms all share ocean views courtesy of the ceiling to floor windows. The only thing separating you from the sand and the surf of Folly Beach is Charleston Oceanfront Villas’s beach side pool. Every bedroom has its own full bathroom. The two oceanfront rooms also have a double sinks. The master bedroom, however, is in a class all its own. In addition to an especially large room, it also has a huge walk-in shower, a perfect way to end the day after relaxing on the beach. In addition to its oceanfront location, this property is also within walking distance of Center Street, the hub of the city. Almost all of the restaurants, shopping and nightlife of Folly Beach can be found on Center Street. Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex only 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and just steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.

The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.

Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.
