Both of the master bedrooms feature his and her sinks, for an effortless morning routine.

Each bedroom in Sandy Pause comes with it’s own private bathroom, and updates throughout the whole condo make it the perfect spot to relax in paradise.

The bar area across from the kitchen is beautifully decorated in all manners of marine life. Want to enjoy that perfect evening glass of wine on the balcony? No worries! There’s a separate beverage cooler located underneath the bar area.
Sandy Pause boasts: An updated kitchen with an aqua themed backsplash, marble countertop,tile flooring which runs throughout the main living area and kitchen, and completely updated bathrooms.

The elegant wood dining table can accommodate six while the breakfast bar can fit an additional two people, which conveniently equals how many people the condo can sleep!

The views in Sandy Pause are truly unique and unbeatable. The angled villa has the advantage of not only ocean views but looking straight down the beach as well. It is also situated towards the west end of the island and bask in the incredible sunsets that peak over the marsh at dusk. This end of the island is known for its dolphin activity, so be sure to sit on that balcony and take in the views of Folly Beach’s most friendly ocean residents.
This condo is located above one of two exclusive oceanfront pools at the Charleston Oceanfront Villas, which give guests the unique experience of being able to switch between the pool and the Atlantic Ocean with just a quick walk. Both pools are open seasonally from April 1st- October 31st.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.

The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.

Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you. In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options.
